​As part of KGL’s commitment in promoting education in Kuwait and developing the young talents of companies in Kuwait, it has co-founded in 2007 the Global Center in the College of Business Administration at the Kuwait University. The Center is focused on initiating and coordinating with corporate and financial partners on programs for leadership development and engages in relationships that support the College of Business Administration’s teaching, research case studies and its mission. The Global Center aims to develop programs for managers and executives in the corporate world by providing potential managers with cross-functional insight and product responsibilities, thereby improving overall performance. The Center offers two types of programs: short term that covers 10-12 short series programs for executive education and long term that includes Management Development Programs and Executive MBA. The Global Center has developed its programs in collaboration with many international universities, such as Harvard, MIT, UCLA, Johns Hopkins, and INSEAD to name a few.
