KGL Chairman Mr. Saeed Dashti has been a member of the Center of Excellence in Management in the College of Business Administration at the Kuwait University since 2006. The Center of Excellence in Management (CEM) is an independent nominal body that exists within the College of Business Administration.

The Center of Excellence in Management focuses on activities concerning development and learning of practical cases and provides data for research purposes related to the local environment. It encourages cooperation and exchange of experience between students and organizations. It aims to upgrade Kuwaiti management based upon high standards and by finding modern strategies for organizational structuring.​
