The U.S. Embassy in Kuwait headed by Ambassador Deborah K. Jones handed a Letter of Appreciation to KGL for its sponsorship to the U.S. Embassy Kuwait’s 2011 National Day Celebrations. In the letter signed by Jones, the U.S. Embassy expressed its deep appreciation for KGL’s support to this year’s event that emphasized not only on the US founding but it also coincided with Kuwait’s celebration of its 50th anniversary of independence, the 20th anniversary of its liberation by Coalition Forces and the fifth anniversary of HH the Amir’s ascension to office. The letter highlighted KGL’s sponsorship as a key in ensuring the success of the event night and thanked KGL for its continued support to the U.S. Embassy's functions and activities.
