KGL Holding sponsored the annual Veteran’s Day 5K Run on Thursday, November 11, 2010 at Camp Arifjan following the successful event last year. Phillip Lester and Pete Swift, who represented KGL, spoke before the 1,974 participants which was the biggest number of participants in a fun run in the history of Camp Arifjan.  They thanked the participants for their service and sacrifice.

 

This annual event aimed at honoring US Military Veterans and paying respect to all who have served in the US military especially those who have given their lives in service. This event gave KGL Holding the opportunity to show its appreciation for the sacrifices of the US Military and partnership it shares in supporting Operation New Dawn (following Operation Iraqi Freedom). 

 

Sponsoring such an event gives KGL brand visibility to the US Military community, both in the operational and contracting commands.  KGL Holding usually targets military events that benefit the military community at large.
