The event was held to honor and recognize the distinguished people who contributed to a successful Traffic Week 2008 held in between March 8th and 14th.
The award ceremony was held in the Hilton Kuwait Resort on March 11th to recognize and award the GCC delegations and MOI officers who supported the Traffic Week.  In addition, distinguished drivers from KGL TC, KGL PTS and the General Public were recognized and awarded certificates signed by KGL Holding Chairman along with a financial reward.
The Kuwait Media had their share of the recognition whereby several TVs, press and magazine titles were awarded special certificates and gifts.
