KGL Ports International (KGL PI), an affiliate of KGL, has inherited over 40 years of experience from Kuwait and Gulf Link Transport Company (KGL). Today, KGL PI is considered as the terminal manager and operator-arm of the group. The company is headquartered in Kuwait, and has running operations In Kuwait , UAE and Oman. KGL PI’s core business covers the development, operations, and management of container terminals and Roll-On-Roll-Off (RORO) operations. Within the region, KGL PI manages and operates the terminal at Shuaiba Port,has also designed, constructed, operated and managed the container terminal at Saqer Port in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, providing its clients within this region with a further option for a port destination. With the aim to provide high quality services to its clients, KGL PI adopts the highest and most advanced technology systems allowing the company to accommodate the most recent and advanced requirements within its operations in terms of optimization. KGL Transportation Company (KGL TC), a subsidiary of KGL, has inherited over 40 years of its experience and background from Kuwait and Gulf Link Transport Company (KGL). Since its inception, KGL TC has been the land transportation component of the Supply Chain Management model at KGL. The company is headquartered in Kuwait with branch offices and operations in GCC and Iraq. KGL TC provides safe, professional and timely delivery of manufactured goods, consumables, bulk liquids, petroleum, chemicals, raw materials, project cargos, wide loads, and heavy equipment within Kuwait, Iraq and the GCC region. In order to fulfill these services, KGL TC is equipped with a state-of-the-art fleet of low beds, flatbeds, and heavy equipment trailers. In addition, the company augments these pieces of equipment with refrigerated trailers, tippers, cranes, as well as fuel and water tankers.
KGL TC also possesses an internal qualified technical arm to ensure its own fleet of 5000 + heavy assets as well as those of their clients are safely operating on the road.
